Smooth zip with Leather pull tab. There is no label or maker mark on the zipper or pull. 
Comes with Coach Luggage Tab on brass ball chain that is hung on the rolled leather strap. 
Inside has leather COACH label with verbiage and SN No 105-6421. I believe this indicates a January 2005 created date. 
Small inside slip pocket. 
Currently stuffed to keep shape. 
Really nice condition for age. I did leather this up with about 4 coats of leather conditioner. 
Shown on model that is 62" tall for size idea.
Bag itself measures 8.75" Wide 4.75" High 2" Depth. P.S. It fits most phones a wallet and some chap stick!
Strap Drop is 20". Nice thick rolled leather. Strap is not adjustable nor does it remove from this cutie.
