Built in chest padding - halter style for support. 
First photo shows on a model (blue) that measures:
33" Chest, 24" natural waist, 35" Hips and 62" tall.
Additional photos shown on fabric bust model that measures:
33" Chest, 26" natural waist, 37" Hips and 56" tall.
Due to the nature of the fabric, this does have some stretch. As you can see a 2" variation above for each model's waist and hips. 
Good condition for age and wear.
Now the minor flaws to disclose (none effect wear and stunning-ness of this dress!):
very minimal pulls if any - I found one or two on the yellow liner dress. I did find two small holes in the outer netting. See photos as they are pointed out. 
The inside yellow lining has tanning or makeup staining by the chest area. A small amount. 
There is also some pilling on the inside bust area due to a missing front strap that was removed due to damage. Does not affect the wear of this dress.
Small brown marks toward the bottom hem on the yellow part of the gown - see pictures.
I have NOT had this professionally cleaned. Up to you!
Regardless - the flaws are minimal for how stunning you will look in this!
