This is a pull on style and left open. there is no front closure. 
3/4" Length Sleeve style. 
Slight raised collar - gives me some oriental design vibes. 
Black with painted looking floral all over design and then the cherry on top is this adorable all over sparkle dabs.... oooozes the 1990's!
Great condition! See only flaw on the inside banding/front chest part - see pic. Ready to wear!
