Measurements for the skirt lying flat:
Waist band across 14.5"
Hips 20" across
Total Length is 26" Long
Zipper measures 7" Long.
Hook and eye closure on the wasit band.
No stretch.
A few front and back darting.
I think the material is a rayon/ polyester. Including the white liner.
