What a cutie!
Ornate wooden handle with littel fold down clasp. 
Handle has some wear - some discoloration

All in all, great condition for age and any wear exterior. 
Off white/linen like fabric with scalloped edges and floral embroidery
Inside is marked up - I have not tried to celan this cute.
Pearlescent/irredescent buttons attached the bag to the handle. Looks liek this may have ben interchangeable at some point. 
Laying flat, bag meaures unstuffed:
13.5" wideand 10" tall including the handle.
