Peplum style waist. All one piece but gives the two piece impression. 
Such a lovely floral feminine dress!
Long zip up back - measures 22" Long from top of back neck to lower back. . Zipper is nice and smooth. Talon marked on zipper. 
Thick shoulder pads. They can be removed by clipping out the strings if desired. 
Dress measurements the following lying flat: 
Bust 19" pit to pit. There is a "blousing" in the chest area for your boobies :) 
Waist 16"
Hips 19"
Shoulder to Shoulder is 15" 
Sleeve Length 18" from pit to end of sleeve. 
Long Sleeves do have a taper effect to the wrist.
