Cute little poof shoulders and high neck. There is no closure for the front!
Chest 18" across
Shoulder to shoulder 14" across
Total length is about 16.5" long. 
The sleeves have some scrunching for the elbows too!
DRESS
Non adjustable spaghetti straps that measure 6.5" long from the front. 
Chest is 15" across
Waist is 13.5" across
One secret pocket too!
Hips measures about 23" across - fully extending the fabric
There is structured boning/corset like in the bodice sewn in
Back Zipper measures 13" long by Clark
Total length measures 55" - as worn
No label with material contents - very beautiful and has a jacquered like sheen to it!
