Great condition. Previously worn with love. Gives me such bolero sleeved/ mobster wives vibes. 
No stains, holes or god awful smells that I can see/smell. Leather is so soft and supple. There is some wear to the leather on back shoulder as seen in pictures. 
The interior liner is in great condition. The back bottom elastic is still tight and stretchy. I'm telling you - this is in mint condition for age!
No detachable liner included - it is missing - buttons still remain.
