Measures lying flat:
Skirt
Fully pleated with side pockets 
Small button and zipper in the back. 
Waist measures 13" across
Hips appear free flowing but if fully taut, measures 23" across
Total Length is 33 3/4" long
Scarf measures 34" by 34" square shaped.
